The 19-year-old cut a very lithe figure as she left yet another Pilates class in Los Angeles today.
Baring a snippet of her midriff in a black top and matching leggings, Miley's stomach looked flatter than ever and her hip bones appeared to be slightly protruding.

The stars legs also looked super thin in the already slimming attire.
Miley left her work out session with her close male friend, who appeared to had not taken part in the class.
The Last Song actress looked gorgeous make-up free and wore her long brunette locks bundled up in a bun.
Earlier this week the Hannah Montana star flashed more of her extremely flat washboard abs as she hung out with some friends in Studio City, Los Angeles.

The teenager had her trim tummy underwraps in a white T-shirt and a grey cardigan.
But as she went to tuck in the attire, she showed off her muscular middle.
Miley was accompanied by two friends during her outing, and looked happy and content to have a relaxing day just hanging out.

While Miley is in Los Angeles, her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth was leaving the Big Apple where he had be promoting his upcoming film The Hunger Games, which opens tomorrow night.
At the Los Angeles premiere of the film last week, Miley gushed about her beau and his impending success as she chatted to E! Online on the red carpet.
When asked what the biggest challenge for Liam was while filming the drama movie, Miley said: ‘I think the hardest part for Liam was being away from me.’

At the event Miley once again showed off her stomach in a stunning glittery black bustier and matching maxi skirt, both by Pucci.
While the hot Hollywood couple may live a glamorous lifestyle, Miley confessed that their free time is fairly relaxed.
She told interviewers: ‘We have three dogs, so that takes up most of our time. The only time we leave the house is to go to the pet store or take them to the park.’
Miley was also interviewed by Yahoo Movies as she walked the red carpet at the star-studded event.
She was clearly thrilled for her beau’s success when she said: ‘I think it’s just so amazing to have all these fans out here and see how excited they are for him and how excited I am for him.’
She added that she had given him some advice about the fame game as she said: ‘I’m really excited. I think just to always remember who was there for you before any of this mattered, I think that is really important.’
Miley and Liam began dating after meeting on the set of The Last Song back in 2009.
After striking up a relationship, Cyrus described him as her first serious boyfriend. They split for the first time in August 2010.
Just a month later they were back together, but parted ways again a few weeks later before rekindling their romance earlier this year.
